2. What I collect and why

When you place an order: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the details of your order. This data is needed to fulfil the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Accounting records are kept for seven years as required by Austrian law.

When you contact me: name, email address and the content of your message, used only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

When you subscribe to the newsletter: email address, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

When you visit the site: your browser transmits technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is used to operate and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Payment data Card and account details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored by me. I only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your name and address.

4. Service providers The following processors handle data on my behalf or as independent controllers:

• Squarespace Ireland Ltd – website hosting and shop

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd – payment processing

• PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. – payment processing

Some providers may process data outside the EU. In those cases transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Cookies This site uses cookies that are technically necessary to run the shop and your cart. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

6. Your rights You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing.
